DSCR Building 15 Bay H Renovation

The project is the renovation of approximately 22,000 square feet open warehouse facility located inside the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The majority of the building is an open floor plan in a warehouse orientation. The existing sprinkler system will be reconfigured to meet the needs of the renovation. The renovation will include new offices, mezzanines, storefronts, conference rooms, storage areas, and classrooms. The building is currently not conditioned. The renovation shall include new HVAC and plumbing systems. The exterior of the building does hold historic significance and is eligble for registry within the National Registration of Historic Places. The anticipation of minor exterior work is expected, but should be minimal in nature
