• Mow grass and vegetation (except ornamental vegetation) to a uniform height no lower than 3 inches from May through September and lower than 5 inches from October through April. • Edge at the same frequency as mowing. Edging must be done with a blade – not a weed eater – for a clean edge. • Power blow all cuttings that may be present on sidewalks, driveways and curbs back onto lawn areas. • String trimming / weed eat at same frequency as mowing, to a uniform height no lower than 3 inches from May through September and lower than 5 inches from October through April. • Hedge trimming is to be done once a month from May through September and every 6 weeks October through April. Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 The initial contract prices resultant from this solicitation shall prevail for a two (2) year period from the contract’s initial effective date, with an option to renew for an additional one (1) year period.
