Street Sweeping Services

The NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets intends to procure providing street sweeping services, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6). Businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and NYS small businesses are encouraged to participate and may be given greater weight in the evaluation process. All documents are attached to this solicitation. The street sweeping services will be for year round services as needed and the 2023 New York State Fair. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through other than the "Designated Contact Person(s)" identified below may constitute an "impermissible contact" under state law with respect to Procurement Lobbying, and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
