| Description | The Project consists of: Flooring Replacement in Common Hallways. Remove existing carpet at first floor and second floor common hallways and at stairs and replace with vinyl stair treads and LVT flooring. The Work of the Contract consists of. 1. Remove and dispose of existing carpeting and vinyl cove base. 2. Provide and install new luxury vinyl plank flooring, vinyl cove base and vinyl treads. 3. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 5. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. |
