| Description | The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain services from a qualified firm to provide annual inspections, maintenance, repair, replacement of existing and installation of new, overhead doors, control systems (including visual and audible warning systems), electric gates and operators for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County). The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal periods, however, based on the quality and quantity of bids received, the County may award multiple contracts for this service.
