| Description | Work consist of removal, disposal, and installation of a new roof assembly. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: • A full tear-off of the existing roof assembly consisting of concrete tile installed directly over the existing substrate; • Removal and disposal of existing roof layers down to the existing roof deck; • Installation of new roof assembly consisting of: o New Boral pine-crest shake granular coated metal roof panels with exposed fasteners installed directly over the self-adhered underlayment. o New self-adhered underlayment installed directly over the existing substrate. o Preparation of the existing roof deck substrates to ensure they are cleaned and primed to receive the new assembly. |
