Until the final award by the City of Jal, the City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City. Bids will be submitted sealed and plainly marked with the date, time, bid name and number. ESTIMATED COST is $1,800,000 - $2,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
