Vendors must invoice for actual cost incurred as described herein. A. Construct an onsite sewage system that meets the location and construction specifications of the Virginia Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations (12VAC5-610-10 et seq., the Regulations) and all other applicable state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. B. Construct the above onsite sewage system in compliance with the Lunenburg County Health Department Construction Permit 22-155-005 at 2825 KV Road, Victoria, Virginia 23974 in the location shown on the permit.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
