Ekroos Road Streambank Stabilization Project

In general, the project consists of the following: Stream bank restoration for approximately 300 linear feet along Boyer Creek at Ekroos Road; construction of concrete headwalls; gravel road and guide rail. Stream restoration techniques to include large riprap placement, stream grade control using in rock vanes, plantings and final restoration of disturbed soils. Bidders must provide their full business name, delivery address, phone number, contact name and FedEx account number for express delivery of the Bidding Documents. Amendments can only be accomplished by means of Addenda issued by the Engineer. All Bids must be made on the official Bid Form, and be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond, payable to the Town of Caroline, in the amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid. All such bid securities will be returned no later than the forty-sixth day after the Bid opening. Minority- and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town.
