Geneva - ATB - 20 - 2.01 - Rebid 3

The project consists primarily of new sanitary and storm sewer with of the full-depth replacement of approximately 3,800 LF of West Main Street. Included is new aggregate base, asphalt pavement, concrete drive approach replacement, new sanitary sewer, new storm sewer, traffic control signage, pavement markings and miscellaneous other work items The project is located on West Main St (US 20) between the west corporation limits and to just west of the intersection of Eagle Street in the City of Geneva, Ashtabula County. As work is completed, the payment for each contract item will be reduced by the 10% until full performance of all contract requirements. Materials and installed work may require testing or retesting at any time during progress of work. Retesting of rejected materials or installed work shall be done at Contractors expense. This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project. OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $6,000,000.00
