Fire Alarm Panel and Device Testing - 2022

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish an agreement to provide Annual Fire Alarm Panel and Device Testing on a non-exclusive basis to the Saint Louis Zoo as the preferred vendor, as required for a term of two (2) years with an option for two (2) additional years. All pricing for the core items are to remain firm for the first two (2) years of the contract, and thereafter are subject to adjustment for each subsequent year upon approval of the authorized representative of the Saint Louis Zoo. All questions must be received by May 18, 2022 for issuing of addendums. Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Candace Bingham, Director of Procurement at cbingham@stlzoo.org. A bid security bond is not required on this Project. The Saint Louis Zoo reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to accept any Proposal, should it deem such action to be in its interests.
