As of March 2023, this project is on hold pending outcome of Urban Service Area amendment to the north and waiting to receive annexation approval from the Gilroy Planning Commission. The City was previously seeking consultants to conduct an Environmental Impact Report, but it is unknown if those firms have been selected yet or when that study will be ready for public comment.
