Type 1 Exhaust Hood and Fire Suppression Systems Furnish and Install HVAC Work

1. The City of Rochester seeks to establish a term service contract to furnish and install TYPE 1 EXHAUST HOOD & FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS at various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City, or at any other facility as ordered by the City. This term contract will cover scope of work for each HVAC and fire suppression system on a per Exhaust Hood installation basis. 2. The City of Rochester intends to award a primary contract to a responsive and responsible contractor. However, the City reserves the right to award a secondary contract, if the City deems it to be in its best interest. 3. This is a non-exclusive contract. The City reserves the right to request separate bids and enter into separate concurrent term services contracts or individual Type 1 Exhaust Hood furnish and install contracts, if doing so is in the best interest of the City.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Fire Detection and Alarm.
