Work shall consist of Renovation of the existing Kitchen in the community center, at the following address: Building 5, 200 Madison Street, Manhattan, New York. Work shall include but not be limited to the following, this list is not intended to be comprehensive. Architectural scope: 1. Remove and dispose of existing plumbing fixtures, ceramic floor and VCT tiles. 2. Remove and dispose of all electrical ceiling fixtures. 3. Remove and dispose of interior closet partitions and associated door and door frame. 4. Install new kitchen equipment, grease trap, stainless steel sink, stainless steel counters and undershelves, and stainless-steel wire wall shelves. 5. Patch and repair, existing walls and ceiling areas to remain. Prepare to receive new finishes. 6. Furnish and install new floor & wall finishes. 7. Install new GWB partition, thresholds, closers, hardware, H.M. doors, and door frames. o Plumbing scope: 1. Disconnect and remove existing (1) sink and secure associated sanitary, cold and hot water piping. 2. Provide new (1) triple compartment sink and faucet. 3. Provide new (1) hand sink. 4. Provide new grease interceptor and associated sanitary piping. 5. Provide electric instantaneous hot water heater. 6. Provide new floor sink & connect to existing sanitary piping. 7. Provide new floor drain & connect to existing sanitary piping. 8. Disconnect gas to existing cooking appliances & reconnect to new appliances. o Electrical scope: 1. Remove existing and provide new power receptacles. 2. Remove existing and provide new lighting and associated light switches. |
