Description

Interior Renovations/ADA Upgrades at Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 301 NE 12 Street, Pompano Beach, 33060. This project consists of renovating the existing breakroom, located within the water treatment plant for city personnel use. Specifically, renovations include installing ADA compliant restrooms, new air condition and café kitchen for employees to relax and eat during scheduled breaks. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all tools, materials, labor and any other incidentals required for the construction of this project
