| Description | For approximately seven City owned properties. In addition, the successful bidder will also be required to provide biannual (spring and fall) removal of “heavy trash”(i.e. furniture, appliances or other non-hazardous items not accepted as ordinary trash) and to provide the City with a maximum of 10 roll-off (30yard) dumpsters per year for demolitions, clean-ups and other projects under taken by the City. The company selected will be expected to provide sufficient employees, equipment and curbside trash containers (95 gallon) to maintain and deliver quality and reliable service to the City's residents. |
