Courier Service – If you choose to have a courier service to deliver the bid, the Courthouse is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Hand Delivery- If Contractors decide to deliver bids in person on Thursday, May 4, 2023, the Purchasing Division will be in the office to accept bids from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. If bids are dropped off prior to this time, bidders are requested to drop them off in the Garrett County Commissioners Office, 203 South Fourth Street, Room 207, Oakland, MD 21550; Attention: Carol Riley-Alexander All bids received by May 4, 2023 will be publicly opened and streamed live via videoconference beginning at 2:00 p.m. If you plan on submitting a bid, please email purchasing@garrettcounty.org to let us know that you intend to bid and how you will be submitting your sealed bid. Upon receipt of your email confirming bid submission, a videoconference and/or audio link will be provided to bidders for the live public bid opening.
