Description

DCAMM Certification Required. The Richard DeCristofaro Learning Center project entails substantial renovations and an addition to the existing 23,330 sq. ft. two and three story building. Scope of work to include new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems, the installation of two (2) new elevators, exterior facade and window repairs and replacement, new interior walls and finishes. The work is anticipated to begin in Fall of 2021 and be completed in Spring of 2023. The building will be vacant and unoccupied during construction activities
