A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. The City reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of theCity of Pullman. The project scope of work consists of 11,600 SF of removal of existing roof membrane, and replacement with new single-ply roof membrane system. The work includes selective demolition and re-roof work. The local agency hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, political affiliation, religion, creed, gender, age, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disabilities, or any other protected status in consideration of an award.
