Project consists of a redevelopment of an existing historic department store that includes the renovation of the existing structure and a new parking structure with associated site work. Pricing will need to be broken out per the three categories: Core & Shell Office Floor Build Out Parking Structure As of August 2022, a construction team has been awarded and construction is underway. As of September 8, 2022, the Developer has decided to split out the commercial and multi-residential work on this development. The commercial work that includes the six-story above grade office development; one-story below grade parking garage; one-story below grade parking garage is under construction and has been awarded the joint-venture team listed here. The multi-residential work is bidding separately at this time.
