| Description | Install new aluminum soffit and fascia on all over hangs and eves. The over hangs will need vented soffit panels, where as the eves must be solid panels. Wrap house in fanfold insulation and tape all seams for air tight and moisture tight seal. Install double 4” vinyl siding on entire exterior of home. Use split blocks and light blocks matching siding color around pipes and electrical coming out of the home. Gutters and downs are new and must be kept dent free, fasten back to the new siding with the proper straps. Building permit is required. |
