| Description | The Authority will only accept original and originally executed bidding documents (including but not limited to the Bid; Affidavits; Qualifications Questionnaire ;Statement of Ownership; Statement of Compliance; Bid Bond; Consent Surety; Certificates as to Corporate Principal; HUD Directive; and Affirmative Actions) Photocopies and/or telefax copies of such documents will not be accepted in lieu of originals. Bonding will not be required for this bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid without consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance the N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq. |
