Description

As of September 5th, 2023 this project is pending an award decision. The City of Sioux City is accepting bids for the MLK Jr. Transportation Center Window Replacement Project. All questions regarding the project, are to be directed to Jason Allen, Project Manager. Bids over $25,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond. PANE REPLACEMENT; REMOVE AND REPLACE 13 BROKEN WINDOW PANES: TO BE REPLACED WITH A COMBINATION OF GLASS AND METAL PANELS PER INCLUDED GRAPHIC. 8 VERTICAL PANES TO BE REPLACED WITH GLASS TO MATCH EXISTING GLASS WINDOWS. 5 HORIZONTAL PANES TO BE REPLACED WITH METAL PANELS. (EXAMPLE OF A SIMILAR INSTALLATION CAN BE VIEWED ON SITE.) MLK JR TRANSPORTATION CENTER PARKING GARAGE STAIRWELL 501 NEBRASKA STREET SIOUX CITY IA 5110 SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING, ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MEASUREMENTS. WORK WILL ALSO INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED COVERPLATES ON CURTAINWALL.
