Annual Fire Protection System Inspection Service(S) for USDA Maricopa, AZ

The Buildings listed below equal approximately 110,000 sq. ft. All listed buildings are fully alarmed and sprinkled. Two office buildings: 1. Building 100 North – 8,611 sq. ft. 2. Building 100 South - 15,200 sq. ft. One main Laboratory building: 1. Building 200 - 45,000 sq. ft. Ancillary buildings: 1. Building 300 - 9,240 sq. ft. 2. Building 400 - 2,404 sq. ft. 3. Building 500 - 5,166 sq. ft. 4. Building 600 - 4,080 sq. ft. 5. Building 800 – HazMat containment 6. Building 900 – Pumphouse (Fire Pump) The fire alarm system is a Janus system. There is a total of 7 risers in the buildings, including one pre-action sprinkler system that services the server room. There is one Patterson 750 GPM fire pump. There are four fire hydrants located at the corners of the facility. A dry chemical system is located in each of two self-contained HAZ Mat buildings. The HAZ MAT buildings are approximately 7’ x 23’ divided into 5 separate rooms each with its own discharge nozzle. There are approximately 44, 10 lb., ABC dry chemical Amerex portable extinguishers located throughout the facility that will require annual service/inspection.
