| Description | Contract shall be for the purchase of Painting, Drywall, and Related Services in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this agreement. Maintenance shall be defined as work on a building or facility where at the conclusion of the work the building or facility retains substantially the same function, size or capacity as before the work. Maintenance is not intended to include substantial renovations of buildings or facilities. This does not include projects that modify or alter a facility structure and/or property. The expenditures for the past year were approximately $120,000 and the majority of the work occurs during the summer months. |
