Description

Project includes, but is not limited to, the surface preparation and painting of the interior and exterior of the Christian Avenue Tank. The existing circular tank is 46 feet in diameter with side walls to a height of 82 feet. Included in the scope of work is the dome roof of the tank that has a rise to span ratio of 1: 7`-8". Additionally the failing grout at the base of the concrete and steel chime shall be removed and new grout installed. The concrete base grout and chime will be coated using an epoxy primer and aromatic urethane coat.
