Construction and Design Services for the McMechen Surge ROTC/Cyber Center

The work for this procurement is to renovate certain spaces in McMechen Hall to allow for new functions. The new functions are the ROTC department and the new Cyber Security program. ROTC will occupy levels 1 to 3 and Cyber Security will occupy levels 4 to 5 and some offices on level 6. The building will remain occupied by other departments on level 6. Work generally entails and is not limited to: selective demolition, painting, flooring replacement, ceiling tile replacement, relocation of furniture, security camera, telecom cabling, locks, audiovisual components (monitors, computers, projectors, etc.), relocation of ROTC from Turner's Armory to McMechen, including reassembling of current shelving, exercise equipment, etc. The restrooms on level 1 are to be converted into two HC single restrooms that each include an HC shower.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
