Campbell Heights Infrastructure Improvements

The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: •Demolition of asphalt paving, concrete driveways, existing concrete, sidewalks, curbs & gutters, trees, etc. as per the drawings. •Clearing & grubbing, site grading, installation of a new storm drain systems, water and sewer installations, concrete work, milling, street patching, landscaping and sod installation. •Storm drain tie-ins as per the plans, and as stipulated in the contract bid specifications. •Asphalt paving, striping and associated work. •Installation of erosion control BMP’s. •Water & Sewer - All water and sewer utility installation, adjustments or relocation work shall be in accordance with the Gwinnett County Department of water resources (DWR) specifications dated April 2016

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
