Commercial Spill Clean - Up Service

Furnish commercial spill response containment and clean-up services (24 hour emergency) for various petroleum products, hazardous chemical substances, wastewater (in various stages of treatment) sewage sludges and non-hazardous products as well as hazardous/non-hazardous storage tank cleaning and product removal and disposal. The Contractor will provide, but not be limited to the following services: Furnish and dispose of all sorbant materials used in the containment, cleanup and restoration of a spill site. Recycle/dispose of any petroleum products, hazardous chemical substances or non-hazardous products recovered during containment, cleanup and restoration. Excavate and dispose of any soil contaminated with petroleum and hazardous substances up to fifty (50) cubic yards and 300 gallons of contaminated surface and/or ground water. Restoration of the site back to pre-spill conditions or better unless directed otherwise by the County or the NYSDEC. Site familiarization, notification and response coordination. Hazardous/non-hazardous storage tank cleaning and product disposal.
