County Blackhawk Ent., LLC Project V166 Seminole Morse Project W071 Hughes Work on this project includes removing and disposing of the fl owlines, anchors, concrete, tanks, and debris, closing the pits, removing the tank battery pads, applying soil amendments to the denuded areas, dispersing the weathered hydrocarbons, constructing ponds, grading the designated areas, and planting the areas disturbed during the course of work. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certifi ed check, or a surety bond in the amount of fi ve percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder
