RFP Construction Manager - Potts Field and Prentup

University of Colorado athletic department is renovating Potts Track and Prentup Field. There are multiple distinct project scopes that are being advertised for CM/GC services under this RFP solicitation. The University at its sole discretion may award these projects to one or multiple contractors. Construction start is anticipated for Spring 2023 and completion by August 2023 prior to the 2023 fall soccer season at Prentup field and the 2024 PAC12 track and field championship at Potts track. High level project details are as follows: Prentup Field Lighting o Install new field lighting at the perimeter of soccer field o Install speakers to the proposed light poles to provide a permanent sound system o Provide improvements to support media broadcasting o Modify irrigation system and replace field sod Potts Track Renovation o Replace track surface and modify existing track cross slope to reflect NCAA standards. Extent of subgrade modifications to be determined after analysis. o Various track and field modifications to accommodate the needs of CU Athletics Restroom and Concessions Building and Ski Building Restroom Renovation o Approximately 3000SF new mixed-use concessions, storage and restroom building between Prentup and Potts Fields o Reconfigure existing ski building restroom with revised stall layouts and entrance location o New ski building restroom finishes to update space For purposes of this solicitation, assume the following for anticipated construction costs for each project.
