Description Contractor will provide green roof maintenance on 10 separate green roof sections at NAVCONBRIG Chesapeake. The objective of proper green roof maintenance is to promote healthy vegetative canopy cover, reaching a minimum of 95 percent coverage throughout out the year, with the intent to; prevent weed growth, prevent wind erosion of the substrate, increase aesthetics, and shield the substrate from solar energy, which improves conditions for microbial soil health.
