Existing structure carrying SR 2023 (Knoxdale Road) over Elk Run in McCalmont Township. Primary Improvement Type: Bridge Replacement As of April 05, 2023, the project is In development stage. Anticipated letting date is November 02, 2023. PennDOT - Cortez Bridge *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
