Description

City of Greenville lawn mowing contract. Enclosed you will find the bid document and specifications for our lawn care needs. We are seeking quality lawn care companies who will proudly display the highest level of professionalism in their work. The successful company(s) will have the opportunity to showcase to the community their abilities in the City's high profile public parks and grounds. Also included in the packet is the former contract amount for each option. The City of Greenville is very interested in entertaining bids that are competitively priced and close to what the City was previously paying. As you can see from the enclosed bid document, the areas to be maintained are divided into several options so that you can choose the work you wish to bid on. Each option includes areas that are grouped together for maximum efficiency and ease. You may wish to bid on a single option, a combination of options or all depending on your comfort level and ability. If you wish to bid on all work, the final option under Attachment E is provided for that purpose. ty Staff will review each bid and recommend awards to the City Council on October 18th, 2022. Upon award by the City Council, City Staff will immediately execute contracts with successful bidder(s) and work shall commence on May 1, 2023. If you choose to submit a bid(s), please fill out the bid tab correctly. The City of Greenville requests that the amount submitted for each option be an amount that remains the same for the three years of the contract. The City of Greenville is very interested in receiving a bid(s) from your company. Please take the time to review the bid package and provide us with your bids. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to receiving your bids.
