Tree Trimming and Removal Services

The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract to provide firm pricing on tree trimming and removal services, as listed and described in the body of these specifications to be used throughout the district. for The School Board of Orange County, Florida on an as-needed basis. Question End Date 11/2/2022 2:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 1/10/2023 Bid Bonds: Bid bonds, when required, shall be submitted with the Bid submittal in the amount specified. Bid bonds will be returned to un-awarded Contractors Performance Bonds: A performance bond may be required for certain services as determined by OCPS throughout the term of this Bid. OCPS shall notify the Contractor in advance of this requirement. This Bid intends to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of the award by the OCPS School Board with two (2) additional oneyear renewal options at the same prices, terms, conditions, and specifications upon mutual agreement by OCPS and the Contractor. Renewals must be in writing, with the signature of the Contractor's authorized representative and OCPS OCPS reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid, in whole or in part, when it is in OCPS' best interest
