HVAC System at Downey Elementary/Administration

Contractor responsible for developing a design in accordance with plan review by District, Empire Electric and in adherence with state and local building codes. Consultation should be made with District regarding the presence of asbestos containing materials. Bid to include all labor, materials and equipment to: 1. Replace existing air handler with new energy efficient roof-top unit to meet or exceed building square footage -central controls 2. Install additional ducting to service gym 3. Install 2 mini-split units to service basement (2200 sq. ft.) 4. All necessary plumbing and electrical hookups 5. Necessary permitting and line locates 6. Use of certified asbestos-free components and materials 7. System training upon project completion 8. Adhere to manufacturer’s specifications for all phases of installation.
