Window Washing Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, chemicals, and equipment, including lifts, necessary to clean City facility windows to the standards set forth in this IFB. b. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean windows both internal and external glass surfaces, glass partitions, door glass, display glass, glass ceilings, skylights, and other surface areas. c. The Contractor shall use whatever means and chemicals necessary without damaging the glass and adjacent window frames and sills (both inside and outside), curtain wall components, building panels, etc. and connected structures to remove all smudges, stains, tapes, oily film, bird droppings, building rainwater runoff, and all other types of soil from all glass partitions, door glass, display glass, glass ceilings and other glass surfaces to include both sides of the glass. After cleaning the glass areas, glass shall be free of all dust, smudges, oily film, bird droppings, and all stains. All cleaner splash and drip marks and other residue shall be removed from all adjacent surfaces.
