Fast Track Emergency Area at University Hospital Adult Emergency Department

Scope of work: Upstate University Hospital (UUH) is constructing a new Fast Track service area to the existing Adult Emergency Department. The proposed project includes the renovation of approximately 600 gross square feet. The Emergency Department is located at grade level; the Fast Track area will be immediately adjacent to the Emergency Walk-In entrance and patient drop off loop. This work is a classified Level 2 Alteration within a single suite. The scope of work will include the removals, finishes, and modification of the space and existing building systems to construct the new suite. Existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems will be extended to serve the renovation spaces.
