Environmental Assessment

The following tasks are performed to provide environmental assessment Phase 1 and Phase 2 for hazards. a) Review record, to discover whether the building has been used for potential hazardous purposes in the past. b) Visual inspection of the property’s current condition, with comparison to the site around building. c) Visual inspection of adjoining properties as needed. d) Interviews with current property owners, operators, occupants, and local government officials. e) Soil and water sampling for sign of contamination. f) Comparison of lab results with local, state, and federal regulatory guidelines. g) May include inspection of interior spaces for mold, radon and lead paint. h) Contractor shall be required to make arrangement to remove/dispose of all/any debris, used for sampling when inspection work is in progress, after work is completed, debris and solid waste will be disposed of
