Hangar Purchase and Removal

One (1) 50 x 60 steel hangar, two (2) 40 by 50 steel hangars, one (1) 35 x 45 steel hangar and one (1) 10 x 25 maintenance building. Subdivision of any bid is at the sole discretion of the interested buyer(s). However, all bids must be submitted for the entire complex. All equipment necessary for the breakdown and removal of the hangars shall be provided by the winning bidder. Winning bidder shall also have current general liability insurance, workers compensation and shall sign a purchase and removal agreement with the Clifton Airport Authority Board prior to removal of hangars from the premises.
