Section I – Upper Meridian Road – Voigt Ave. to Paulina Ave.: Remove approx. 975 square yards of existing pavement; Flowable fill approx. 2,000 feet of existing water main; Remove (3) existing Gate Valve and Well; Remove (4) existing Fire Hydrants; Construct approx. 100 square yards of 6 inch non-reinforced concrete pavement, MDOT Grade P1, on new 6 inch MDOT 21AA Crushed Limestone Base; Construct approx. 150 square yards of 3 inch HMA pavement (Driveways), on new 6 inch MDOT 21AA Crushed Limestone Base; Construct approx. 800 square yards of 1 ½” HMA top (F), County mix on new 9 inch MDOT Crushed Limestone Base; Construct approx. 800 square yards of 4 ½ ” HMA Base in 2 equal lifts, County mix; Install approx. 450 feet of DI CL54 Water main via excavation method; size varies 6 inch to 12 inch in dia.; Install approx. 1,275 feet of 12 inch Fusible PVC C900, D18 via directional drilling method; Install approx. 50 feet of 8 inch Fusible PVC C900, D18 via pipe bursting method; Install (3) 12 inch valve in 6 ft dia.
