Building & Courthouse Ault Field Road/goldie Road Traffic Signal Improvements

This Contract provides for the improvement of the Ault Field Road and Goldie Road intersection with a new mast arm traffic signal system replacing the existing span wire system, paving, pavement markings, new concrete sidewalks and other work All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Contract Provisions, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Island County
