Bald Point State Park - Day Use Area and Kayak Launch

Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to build Canoe/kayak launch, all parking areas and main sidewalks, stormwater management facilities, kiosk, trash container, creek signage, earthwork / grading for optional or future construction of Alternates 1 & 2, Gulf Power electrical feed from Alligator Road to site, post; and rail wooden fence and potable water well per the contract documents. Alternate 1: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to build two (2) Pavilions, Kiosk & associated walkways. (Note: Associated Earthwork part of Base Bid.) Alternate 2: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to build restrooms, associated boardwalk with railing, post and rail fencing; and on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system.
