| Description | Shamrock Park, containing a lake, walking trail, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a “great lawn” that is used for Town events and recreational activities, is a popular yearround destination for our citizens. The Park also contains a (approximately) 5,000 sq. ft. playground area that contains dated swings and small play structures that are also dated, in various states of disrepair, and past their service life. This equipment will be removed by the Town and the new structure(s) that results from this RFP will be erected, by the successful bidder or their contractor, on the existing site |
