Description | 1. Conduct the Initial Scope of Work walk through. This should include detailed write up with pictures and price estimates to conduct scope of work. Timeframe to conduct initial scope of work shall be done within one week of notification. 2. Conduct Pre-Bid Contractor walk through. This includes meeting with housing staff, homeowner, and contractors to provide information during the invitation to bid and answer questions about the scope of work. A possible addendum to the original scope of work may occur as a result of this walk through. Timeframe to conduct walk through shall be done within one week of notification. 3. Conduct Walk-through for 50% inspection of work completed with the using Housing staff, homeowner, and contractor on site. This inspection will include a report detailing work completed with pictures for back up. Timeframe to conduct walk through shall be done within one week of notification. 4. Conduct Walk-through for final inspection of work completed with the using Housing staff, homeowner, and contractor on site. This inspection will include a report detailing work completed with pictures for back up. Timeframe to conduct walk through shall be done within one week of notification. 5. Conduct Walk-through for change order or emergency walk through to support change orders. This will include a report with pictures to help provide clarity as to the need to change the original scope of work. Timeframe to conduct walk through for change order shall be done within one week of notification or 48 hours for emergency change order. |
