Description

Site Directions: The Project is located north of Palmer Street between Parker Road and Ridge Court and in Chautauqua Park at the south end of Old Road/Freeman Street. This project consists of the installation of two standby generators to support two existing lift stations within the City of Oakland sewer collection system. It includes all supporting electrical equipment as designated on the construction drawings and within the specifications. The Project is located north of Palmer Street between Parker Road and Ridge Court and in Chautauqua Park at the south end of Old Road/Freeman Street. No bids received Est. Value:$ 309,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Nov. 29, 2024 City of Oakland will consider the construction bids received and will either award a contract, reject all bids, or adjourn thereon to a subsequent meeting of the City Council. The Agency has to concur in the award before the Owner can issue the Notice of Award for the project. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: There is no Pre-Bid Conference anticipated for this project.
