Construction of on-site Improvements - Upper Parking Lot Repaving

Provide construction services for milling and repaving at the upper parking lot above the Yavapai Casino. The parking lot will be bid as (2) separate lots as indicated on the attached 8 ½" x 11" drawing. Lots 1 & 2 : Provide the required milling to remove the existing asphalt down to the existing ABC over the entire site. Areas where the existing asphalt is less than 3", milling will continue to allow placement of the proposed new 3" of asphalt. Millings shall be disposed of offsite by the contractor. Milling depth activities will result in the placement of the standard asphalt mix - (2) 1 ½" lifts of MAG ¾" PG 64-22 Asphalt Concrete (up to 15% RAP allowed) - 3" total.
