| Description | The work of this contract generally consists of the repairs to the low-level outlet control valve and rip rap protection of the upstream and downstream face of the Little Nugget Dam. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. |
