Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912HN22B4013 to Revitalize Barracks M4520, Fort Bragg, North Carolina Note: The subsequent solicitation will result in a C-Type Stand-alone contract. Specifications are attached below Type of Contract & NAICS: This Acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 14, Sealed Bid Procedures for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220-Commerical and Institutional Building Construction, with size standard of $39.5M. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is being offered as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code identified above. Construction Magnitude: In accordance with DFARs 236.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10M-$25M. Proposal Due Date: 23 September 1300 EDT Via PIEE Period of Performance: The period of performance including all options is 458 Calendar Days after the issuance of the notice to proceed. Site Visit: 7 September 2022 at 0930, please see solicitation for details and POC. Project scope: The Revitalization of Barracks M4520 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The work includes all renovation, demolition and new to building M4520 indicated in construction documents and incidental related work. This includes the exterior envelope, interior renovations, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cyber security. All work shall be performed in compliance with attached drawings and specifications.
