Rebid of the Canton Community Swimming Pool Project

Outdoor Reinforced Concrete Swimming Pool, Excavation, Deep Foundation: Drilled Piers, Fill, Concrete Deck, Deck Drains and Underground Pipes, Pool Deck Equipment, Shade Structures, Waterwalk, Incidental Demolition, Grading, Limited Site Work, 1-meter and 3-meter Concrete Foundations, Painting, Electrical Bonding, and Miscellaneous Work. The City of Canton, South Dakota Will Receive Single Bids and/or Separate Bids, and/or Combination Bids for the Proposed Construction of the Rebid of the Canton Community Swimming Pool Project. All Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bidders Maximum Bid Price or a Cashier or Certified Check Made Payable to the Owner in an Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bidders Maximum Bid Price. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any, and All Bids, or Parts Thereof and to Waive Any Irregularities.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
